INSTRUCTIONS:

This Merit Form is ONLY for seeking admission to B. Sc. (Information Technology).
For seeking admission to any other Under-Graduate program offered by the department, you must refer the corresponding notice on the website and fill corresponding Merit Form.

1. Online Registration ^{(Done by candidate)}
   - Click on the link or Scan the QR code to open the form.
   - Click on Verify Email
   - Fill OTP received on your email and Click on Verify , then form will open
2. Merit Form ^{(Done by candidate)}
   - Filling up of Personal Details, Education Details, Document Upload, etc..
   - Click on the Proceed button and scroll down on next page.
   - Click on the Pay button and pay the Merit Form Fee.
   - Download and Save the Merit Form PDF and Merit Form Fee Receipt for further reference.
3. The date for the First Merit List will notified on college website. You all are requested to keep checking website for further updates.
